Privacy
Mailing Lists
When you join one of our mailing lists your name and email address are stored in a file (a seperate file per list) on the email server. This allows the server to forward emails to you. When you leave a mailing list your name and address are deleted from the relevant file.
Cookies
Some parts of this website rely on cookies to work. These are small files stored by your computer which may contain information about you. On this site however they can not be used to gain information about you without also using the data stored by the society. Your name, email etc. are never stored in a cookie only a number which is unique to you.
